OOC rudeness
Yesterday i went with my friends to graveyard, we entered and it appeared fast that someone is here already. We meet this char on crypts lvl 2. There was some RP but he write to me in OOC that it is rude to go further when some other player was planing to do this before. Is it rude to act like you're char? I didn't cursed him, i didn't acted rudely in OOC. It was only my char who told "He was hit by a zombie, he is no use for us" and then he sends me some OOC about my OOC rude. Is it rude to do so? Or he was just pist?

From an OOC perspective I personally think its pretty bad form to go past someone in a dungeon, when its obvious they were there before you. Its the same as running past someone to grab all the crafting ingredients someone was walking to.
Its courtesy to the other players more than anything else. Do you absolutely HAVE to run the dungeon now? Can you not go somewhere else for half an hour and come back so both groups of players can enjoy the dungeon crawls? Or is your fun more important than the other players?
And just for reference, killing someone for not doing what you want, just because you're 'villains' may be IC, but will probably mean people are less likely to want to RP with you. "I'm evil, so I can kill anyone i want and its IC" is not a valid character concept, and will likely mean DMs will pay less attention to you, or earn you a place on the watchlist.
This is a multiplayer game, and everyone has as much right to enjoy their in game time as everyone else.
