Server Reset Request Thread

I tried to portal over from Sigil/Ysgard with my character, Kohav'yoom, a couple of days ago when you were having a database problem. I was in-game with Ko for a few seconds, then got a black screen.

Now, when I try to log into any of the three servers as Ko, he's dominated. I've tried this for a couple of days, always getting the same outcome.

Please let me know if I need to do anything on my end of the line. The nick I use for this character is avlis_Galestrider.

This problem has been corrected.

Braelis undominated Ko just now. I was moving him towards the link in Grubbins Port that takes you to the island containing the portal to ysgard, when I got booted. Now Ko is redominated.

Would some one meet me in-game either now or some time later to undominate Ko and teleport him to near the portal to ysgard, so I can try to portal him out before getting re-dominated?

Ko is safely back on home turf and undominated. That was crazy!

Something weird happening on the Servers that might need a reset or it is this end. Played this morning ok, came back now and although the servers are found there is no characters in the server vault.
Please let me know if that is an issue this end, but the other worlds seem ok so assume it is Arkaz based.

I can see all three servers, but each server vault is empty of characters.

I'd guess this means they have lost connection to the DB?

Seems so, players online on website are also not displaying.
Maybe Terry has been having kids playing on the computers again

Looks like the DB is up and running but the NWN side is down. Server not found error this time.

i just put them back online .. everything seems to be ok again
