Player Name Has Been Refused from The Server

Just got this message today. Tried logging in multiple times with no luck. Restarted NWN and tried again - no luck... Any suggestions? :\

Have you registered with Alpha? And what server?

Yeah. I've registered with Alpha. I've tried logging into all three servers. No luck
