Hi All!

Finally made it home for some R&R leave. The trip back was a nightmare, even worse than normal. Seems when we were getting weighed and manifested, the computer wasn't logging every person in correctly, so we spent 8 hours trying to figure out who was on the list to fly home, who wasn't and who had correct flight connections in the States.

There is nothing worse than to tell a young Soldier that she has to be pulled off the bus to head to the airport and plane home because a computer glitch that wasn't found in the previous 8 hours of manifesting. *sighs* Not going to be one of my better memories of over there. We had to put her on the plane the next day, so it worked out finally.

I doubt I'll be on Arkaz before I get back permanently by year's end....spending too much time with Redda right now! :D

Take care!

Hello all!

Just want to let everyone know that I have returned safely from Iraq and I'm home for good.

Hopefully Redda and Manny will return soon. (I'm busy celebrating the holidays currently) :D
