Server Reset Request Thread

Well count me out for anything tonight. Can't get on as Direct connect doesn't work and Server not showing up on Gamespy.

restarted Iron and Tioloira, 7 players were on Nuvar so I didn't reset it.

Something is very messed up.

Maybe something got screwed up in the last update. Both the people who can't get in are running on Macs. We even logged onto Hala with another character and tried to portal to Arkaz and it wouldn't let us. We've changed nothing on this end and can still visit all other servers just fine. It has to be something bizzare on the server side.

On a related note, I can't log into the team website either. It is also on Server.arkaz etc.. It tells me I can't connect to that server.

Nope. Portaling from Ysgard doesn't work. Direct Connect doesn't work. Server is not showing up at all in my Gamespy list and shows my friends offline.

*sighs* Guess I'll have to play Sims 2 tonight.

Hokay..

I booted into windows. I was able to log in by direct connect. (server still not showing in list.) As soon as I logged on I got timed out, or I took the whole server down. Not sure which.

Try again? I'm not really an expert at fixing such things, but I did see you log on and excitedly PMed you so it may have been my fault! I promise I won't do that this time.

Greg tried again and can't get on at all now. I can't get on at all period. Server was really laggy for him. Checking with Verizon to see if they blocked the server.
