I can connect to all 3 servers.

Okay, let me search out the Dos command to purge DNS entries. Nuvar and Iron I get the error but not Toloria. Maybe I will just hop to Toloria and work my way back through transitions.

A nwn server restart seems to have done the trick. They should be accessable again.

I gather that this is a fix? How does one apply it, in words of one syllable? (I tried just typing ipconfig /flushdns into Window's "search programs and files" command line and am still hanging at attempting to log in.)

I had been trying to check Avlis and cannot connect to any of the servers. Tarrias is down as well with not being able to see the server but Ysgard let me into its vault. I also see nothing on the Avlis forums indicating it is down.
