Post by Daemona » Wed Feb 25, 2009 2:28 pm

Can anyone confrim what I see on:

http://www.copap.org/portal.php?getpage=serverstatus2

It looks like the only server running on CoPaP right now is Underdark on Avlis.

Looks that way, however i know gamespy has been acting really crappy lately. Upon login it will only populate half the normal servers.

The server status web page queries CoPaP servers directly and is unaffected by most causes of servers not showing on the Gamespy browser (in fact, most causes are on the client, or client ISP side).

If a large amount of servers on that page weren't showing, I can only imagine the server I run the query from had a brief loss of connectivity to the internet when those server's queries were run.

Them

I love that page and it is my quick view to so much on CoPaP. Thanks for taking the time to make it and support it.

The original code isn't mine, though I've tweaked it some over the years.

You can thank me if I ever do the rewrite I've been wanting to do, complete with admin features for world leaders to add, remove, and change blocks for their servers. As well as configure how often their servers are polled. All would be database driven and tied into the existing phpBB WL/Ambassador usergroup. It's not a huge amount of work, but between my first major independent project and some bugger addicting me to WoW, I've not been making the time.
