Characters using same player's p-merchant?

It occurs to me belatedly to ask if Arkaz has a rule like Hala's, forbidding characters to use a p-merchant owned by a different character of the same player's? (I don't think any of my other characters have used the Legion p-merchant since Aericonte got a key, but it just now occurred to me that perhaps they mayn't!)

Can someone clarify the answer pls, as I got a:
Not Found
The requested URL /viewtopic.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered

Fixed! I swapped the .com for a .org in the link and it works!

The link needs to be fixed. Replade the dot com with dot org.
