missing item

Hey there Team,
nothing too big atm, but just logged on at 1:24pm central time, 1924GMT i believe, and looking through my inventory, my teleporting ring was not in my inventory. I always keep it on the very first page of my inventory so I don't have to go searching around for it and have it for convenience when shosin needed to visit the shrine.
nothing big atm, but could a dm help me with this issue when you get the chance?
