Bug report (besides Mantis deciding it doesn't like me)

It appears that when you try to make a Scroll of Mantle of Egregious Might, you can cast the spell, get the crafting XP, loose the paper, but not actually get the scroll. I think this may have something to do with the fact that it's an add-on spell. Greater Sanctuary works fine.

And yes, my PC had visited the Mage Shrine.

This is a Known Bug, but I am not sure on the status of it. And Mantis isn't liking me either.
