Two things are troubling to me:
1] I get the "ACS not ready. Please try later." message much more often than I used to. In fact, I used to never get it.

2] Diabolina, with her brand spanking new "Journeyman Jewelry Making Kit" (which she could never figure out the ingredients for despite me trying just about everything), went ahead and started working on trying to figure out the other Level 4 items. What she gets as an error message from the Jewelcrafting Table is this: "You lack the sufficient tools to craft this item". This is with both kits fully out in her inventory.

Has anyone checked, not just the tables, but that all these items are actually craftable? And that error messages for research are correct? Something just smells wrong.

For 1) please list the times and dates you're getting the message. Give the system 15 minutes from when you first get the message before checking again.

For 2) please PM me the recipe you're trying and what is in it and I'll look at it.

I will get the "You lack the sufficient tools to craft this item" occasionally. Usually all I have to do is take the tool out of the bag I have it in and have it in my main inventory. Not sure if you keep yours in a bag or not.

For 2, it's basically everything Level 4 and above in jewelry (except for the Journeyman's Kit itself) that gets this error. And again, let me reiterate what I originally said, I have both of the kits out in my inventory when I try to do research.

Try dropping the kits and picking them back up before attempting the recipe. Works for me a lot.

You can store the kit in a bag, but when you get ready to craft take the kit out of said bag and have it somewhere in your main inventory. When you're done, put it back in the bag and carry on as normal. Some items have to held by the PC (like blacksmithing for example).

Let us know if this occurs again, when and what you were trying to make and we'll look into it.

If anything odd does occur, please, please, please report to the Team so we can look into it.

When it gives the 'ACS not ready' message please allow the crafting table a 15 minute cooldown. The system is busy updating to better serve you guys at those times. This happens a few times a day, it looks as if you are just happening to hit the system at those times. If, in a single day, you're getting the message more than 15 minutes apart, send me the times and I'll look and tell you if it's a coincidence or an issue.

For #2, the 'Tool not in inventory':
Let me check a few things and get back to you.

Some of the crafting tools don't work if they are in a bag or container. They must be in the open inventory.

Also let us know which server and crafting station you are using when you get the message.
As each server is started at different times than the others the crafting recache is scheduled based on that and would not be synced to the same times as the other servers.

I double checked several level 4 jewelcrafting recipes for you with the basic and journeyman kit, and they are fine. If there's a specific recipe giving you this error, please let me know the specifics in PM, as well as where the crafting table is you're working with.

Just to ensure the specific kit you have is the correct one, can you PM the name and description to me? If you had one that was simply renamed from a different type or such, it could cause the error, so I'd like to make sure that's not the case. Thanks.
