Arkaz 2 and NWN 2

Okay the time is getting close. Any ideas or comments about Arkaz and NWN 2?

Personally I would consider Arkaz at the right point for considering to go to NWN2. There are quite a few areas built currently but nothing to the degree of Avlis. They have things like player housing and characters/players who have been around for years.

For them I see advantages in a vault wipe that do not apply here, such as items held that are way out of the standard current drop range.

I understand the level cap is at 20 so my main would be disappointing to say the least with a level 20 cap and not worth playing in any sense of the word unless at some point in time additional releases of add ons woutd raise the level cap like in NWN.

I understand modules are importable into NWN2 but how much tweaking would be required and that would also end the need to set up portals to different worlds as they would be on NWN.

Most of it boils down to "How much work is it for the team to upgrade", "is it compatible with vaultster" and a multitude of other questions known only to those who code.
