Might be a bug...

Molly FeatherFingers (GS medea-mpls) cannot log into Toloria.

She logged into Toloira successfully and walked through a couple of transitions. Then the game froze/crashed as she was transitioning by the tailor shop in Shal'Tirr'em (the image on the transition screen labels it West Shal'Tirr'em). To be specific, she was heading towards the area with the tailor shop. Since this crash, she has been unable to log back into Toloria.

What I've tried:
1) Repeated trying to log in but the game freezes at transition point called West Shal'Tirr'em.
2) Restarted computer and tried again with same result.
3) Waited an hour, server hopped to Iron and tried taking the ship. Goes back to West Shal'Tirr'em and freezes.
4) Logged in other characters of this and another GS name on Toloira and ran through transitions, including West Shal. No problems.
5) Waited again and server hopped Molly to Isles where I had her transition a few times with no problems. Took ship to Iron with no problems. Tried a couple of transitions on Iron before attempting to take the boat back to Toloira. Once again, freezing on West Shal'Tirr'em.

I don't know what else to try. I would very much appreciate some assistance. Thanks!
