Do changeling abilities work?

I created a new super-cool changeling character today and could not find the changeling abilities menu. I assumed that it would be located in the crafting menu. Are changelings fully implemented in Arkaz? I couldn't find any reference that says that it's not.

yes and no. I think if you port to hala and back it will give you tyhe stuff you need. have a dm jump you to the portal.

um. we can't leave Arkaz until Iron is up.

I'm just going to keep the char in the vault until Iron returns, unless of course there's a way for a DM to set a static appearance on me for the time being. I don't exactly want to run around scaring people with the changeling static model.
