Good day,
I first want to say thanks. The players and DMs are making playing very fun. But I had two questions that I was hoping to get some help with. One is where do I send you a request to unlock four a prnc. I have a charter Bio to send you with it as well. I also asked in a post about getting some of my Teifling abilities fixed. I thought I would check in on that as well.

You can pm me the prc request. As for the tiefling abilities, I'll chekc on getting those fixed.

The Aasimar don't get their light abilities either. But I do have the cold resistance for both Nadalie and Peter. But neither of them has the light ability.

I'll try to redelve into that as well.

Yeah, I've got a tiefling who doesn't have tiefling stuff, but I made another custom race character recently and porting him to Hala and back (just to skoria bay) fixed the problem. Maybe try that?

Actually it does fix a few things like the resistances (that's what fixed Nadalie and Peter), but the light and darkness abilities for Tieflings and Aasimar has never worked right on either Hala or Arkaz.

The resistances on Hala/Ysgard are feats, the light and darkness on Hala/Ysgard are tokens.

Well, I got the resistances when I portaled over to Arkaz here. But I've never received the tokens for either character. I've never taken a feat for either character for cold resistance.

Bumping, because my new Aasimar PC is missing the resistances and Light ability as well. I'm not too familiar with coding, but I know that the resistances can be added in as feats, and the light ability can as well. Doing a little research, and also mentioned in this thread, Hala was able to fix some of these issues.

Update: It was mentioned to me to take the PC all the way to Avlis. I did take the PC to Avlis, briefly to see if it worked and it did. It seems they have an on-enter event that removes the PC Hide, and adds the Aasimar hide to the PC.

Still don't have the light ability, but now have the elemental resistances.
