A Certain Crafting Kit...

Okay, I know now that I don't just need a Smith's Hammer to craft a suit of armor. I also need an armorsmith's kit. Now one of these I just cannot find IG. I have read they can be found on the BlackSmith, but so far I didn't manage to find one on any merchant. Perhaps this is because I'm looking in the wrong places? Or perhaps this is because of the crafting kit changes? Get back to me on this when you can. Thank you.
