Worhiper Alignments and Alignment changes

Post by SinbadSam » Mon Jul 16, 2007 5:26 am

I am seeking to find out exactly how strict a worshiper's of Varm's has to be?

Sticky says NE, it that is a hard alignment, is there a way to have one's alignment come into the proper one for Varm.

I will not go on a NPC killing spree just to alter one aspect of the alignment.

Thanks in advance

So a CN character would be how far off the NE?

Thanks

For followers :

If the gods alignment is Good you cant be evil and vice versa.

If the gods alignement is Chaotic you cant be lawful and vice versa.

Therefore a TN gods follower can be any alignment,

CN follower can be any alignment that isnt lawful,

NG follower can be any alignment that isnt evil,

etc

For clerics you need to match exactly.

I would say yes. Considering Rayne is not Lawful. Though she tends to have lawful tendencies.
"In my world their are people in chains and we ride them like Ponies."
"Men are not to be trusted, they are to be used and thrown into the pens like the pigs they are!" Rayne Navar when asked about relationships and love.

A FOLLOWER can be one alignment place off in either direction.

A PRIEST should be exact

Does this include Paladins, Blackguards, Rangers and Druids to have an exact match or only clerics?

normal rule is that to get spells they must match...which is easy for Paladins, blackguards and druids. Rangers are a little harder, but they should be exact as well.
