Character causing FPS/Video issues

Hopefully someone has experienced this before and can lend a hand in fixing it....

I have a single character that when ever I play causes NWN to pause intermittently for a few seconds at a time. It's come to the point that I generally don't play this character if there is going to be any traveling, combat, or even just chatting (so just about anything except standing and crafting).

This is something that started a few months ago and I thought it was a bad update to the drivers, but after multiple reloads and updates the problem persists, and only with this one character.

I have attempted dropping everything from the inventory, polymoprhing, and running to other servers to see if the problem would go away, but alas it follows them everywhere. So I am thinking it may be something with a no-drop item or the character skin that is causing the issue.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a problem a player called "Black_Blooded," had, too. Umm... Forgot the character's name, though.
