The servers seem to be offline. I can't reach anything to even look at it so likely a power issue, ISP issue, or a hardware failure (hopefully not).

Well, then the problem is the ISP changed his IP address and that's why portalling doesn't work.
The new IP address is 71.122.244.56
The old IP, which DNS resolves to, is 96.243.197.82.
So Terryrayc will have to get DNS updated before any portalling will work. But people can log in directly to each server.
Islands - 71.122.244.56:5121
Iron - 71.122.244.56:5122
Toloira - 71.122.244.56:5123
http://71.122.244.56:8080/tracking.php
