I hate to bother anyone, but I'm having the same problem with one of my characters. If I could get some help, that would be really great. The character is Rosemary Latonen, sorc. 18, arcane archer 3, gsid is eternal_time. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Can I ask for some more information? I'm checking everything I have, but have found nothing that supports the same issue described in the first post.

All that I know is that for some reason, whenever I try to portal to Sigil from Arkaz with Rosemary, I get an error message that pops up saying "Invalid character - player login refused. You are not allowed to use that character." I used to have Rose travel back and forth with no trouble until recently. At first I thought that it might be an issue with my computer, but I got the same message when I tried to portal on a different one. I have no idea what might be the problem.

Alright, this is mostly for Terry, so he can look into a few things on his end.

According to the DB logs between Arkaz and Ysgard, the bic is not being sent, or if it is it is an incorrect one. I would once again check the vault for 2 copies of the bic. The bic that is on Ysgard is named rosemarylatonen.bic, but the XP and gold values for this copy date to August 7th records in the Arkaz database. Hit me up in IRC if you find or need anything else.

The normal one hasn't been used in a while, so I'm going to move it.
