hey im trying to get arkaz set up on a new computer but it keeps saying i am missing avlis_tilem2_v1a.hak, i cant seem to find that hak file, I already downloaded the avlis all in one pack, and avlis and hala both are working.
when i go to the page here...

it is listed but says...
<Not Found

when i click the main, and it doesn't have an alternative link like the others
