Are they IC or OOC?
If it's IC, how do we logic out that someone has intimate knowledge of another's personal journals?
Thanks!

I will let Terry and Al respond with the team's standing but I have considered them OOC information. When Sonja wanted to impart her experiences I had emoted handing the journal over to someone else to read.

Please treat the journals as OOC.
Dae's option of lending them to another player would make them IC, up to that point. Any further journal entries would remain OOC until shared in the same way

*breaths a sigh of relief*
Related question, and maybe getting a bit too trivial, but where are journals normally considered to be kept?
If kept in inn room or home, someone visiting could be considered to have access IC to journals?

it's up to the player where they keep them...and just because you visit the home doesn't mean you have access to it.

I have considered and often emoted them as kept in an inn room chest. Other times when off world that she is carrying it with her. At one time when she loaned it out to another character I emoted that it was on a separate piece of paper and once the journal was returned to her that she added the sheets of paper back.
In RL most people would consider their private thoughts just that. Keep them in some place where the chances of being found would slim to none.

*bump* (No reason save it's been a while and we have very active journals.)
