Download the zip and extract the files into your portrait folder in your NWN folder in your Neverwinter Nights folder, like you would a hak. If you don't have a portrait folder, try creating a new one.

It works, I have a ton of custom pics.

I haven't seen Nina in game, but I did download the picture.
