Ok... My Wiki Fu is no good. And thanks to Verandis on Hala, I can somewhat navigate to put a wiki page together.

Question 1) Is there a blank template to use for the page? I'm a total nOOb when it comes to HTML.

Question 2) How does one link their page to the rest of the wiki?

1) My totally awesome terrible solution has always been to copy and paste someone else's code onto a new page (go to edit their page, steal the code, and then don't edit it, then make a new page for your character.)

2) If you put the page in the correct categoties I think it autolinks it.
