Several people have asked for screenshots and even though they don't do the house justice, it will give you an idea
(note: KL was a totally awesome builder.. the house is so perfect)
This first picture is outside of the main entrance. We have a nice pond and a small garden with a fountain in the middle and a couple logs to sit on that overlooks the waters. You can see this if you go south from Elf Gate, past the first set of farms.
This second picture is of simple the entrance once you come into the house. I only took it due to the fact that the first room is absolutely huge and you can't see it all in 1 shot.
And the rest of the crafting area.
This is the Ballroom. This is the large room I was telling you about. On each side of the Dragon Statue is a the guest of honor seats. There's a bar with two smaller private tables to sit away from the main room if you so wished.
This is just our small living room and kitchen.
Now this is the Crafting areas. The Alchemy Room
Next is Aiko and Frapp's Room. First it's the bridges leading to various areas of the house
Then the foyer of the bedroom & Hoard Room
And finally the bedroom & Hoard room. Not sure if you can see in the picture but the beds are on piles of gold coins. Seeing there was no way to make gems (i'm assuming) appear as treasure. KL used platinum pieces instead. A bedroom fit for a dragon
Now this is the Hot Baths & Sauna. THere's a secret entrance that leads to the bridges we saw and the door leads to Unen and Sapphire's Bedroom.

And finally, The Rooftop Gardens. IT's pretty big but I tried to catch most of it in one shot.
The Rooftop Gardens has a bar on one end with 2 types of drinks (wine and ale). The walls , you can't see but have huge dragon statues sitting on the ledges. There's a pool of ice cold water for Frapp's familiar (Scoot) or for wet tshirt contests >.> The familiars about here are all of ours. Unen's, Sapphires, Mine and Frapps made into npcs. They don't talk, just flutter about. The other thing you can't see is on over the pool of water there's a Balcony that leads back to Aiko and Frapp's room.

.. and surprisingly was alot cheaper then we expected
