This is the message I get when I tried to file two bug reports with Mantis:

APPLICATION ERROR #2800

Invalid form security token. Did you submit the form twice by accident?

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.

I've been very careful not to hit submit twice and I've tried a half-dozen times or so. Sorry! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Here were my two bug reports:

ship quest encounter spawn error
This was from the the 40 gold piece contract to south docks from Port LeVallon:

I didn't fight anything, however I happily didn't have a problem getting off the boat.

Admiral William Richardson Quests

Admiral William Richardson in Port LeVallon also gives patrol ship quests. However, none of them seem to work. If they are time based, a time to depart is not mentioned.
