Hi, I'm a new guy here, and I just wanted to ask a couple of things. I put in an application, but when I did it was to some other thing on copap.org. Is this the right application that I filled out, or is there some other process for joining Arkaz? Also, it has actually been more than two days since I sent the application, and now I'm getting itchy. Is there something I can do to speed up the process? And one last thing. I can't wait to play with all you guys. Just from reading some of the forums it feels like a really awesome place.

Welcome to Arkaz!

Arkaz is a member of the Confederation of Planes and Planets also known as Copap. We are a group of worlds linked together. When you filled out the application, you applied to not only join Arkaz, but the other Copap worlds as well. You should receive a respone to your application within 3-4 days. Be sure to check your spam box as it sometimes gets thrown in there. It will include the passwords to Arkaz and the other Copap servers as well. If you have'nt received it within 4 days let me know and I'll bug the people responsible for responding to the applications.

Definately welcome to Arkaz. It is a fun place to play. You will find all types here from C/E to L/G. No matter alignment you will find the people all willing to help you both IC and OOC. I hope you like RP because it is one of the best parts here. Once here if you have any problems or questions of an OOC nature, please feel free to PM me. If you have IC questions then just find one of the multitued of excelent players we are blessed to have on this world and they will help. Looking forward to seeing you on line too. BTW we have two weekly events that seem to be newbie oriented. One is held by Gregpoo and the other by our Head DM. They are both a lot of fun. If you make a mage type character look into the Mage School and join up.

I did a little surfing around Copap.org, and I think I understand how it all works now. Thanks for the welcome. The wiki has answered pretty much all I could really think to know, but if I need any help I'll be sure to let you all know. 3D

Welcome! I mainly plan on another CoPaP server called Hala, but mostly visit Arkaz when I am off world. Have fun! And enjoy the folks here. They are good folks.

I've accepted all outstanding apps

your should have been in there. I also invited you to the yahoo group. We send out the server passwords to that group. If you do not want to sign up send me a copy of the acceptance letter you received and I'll send you tjhe list

Thanks Terryrayc. My application was accepted and I got all the information now. I downloaded all the files and actually logged in for a couple minutes just to get a feel for everything. I'll definitely try and peek into the irc as well.
