Hala and Arkaz are going to share the spellhooking that I implemented for Arkaz.
Due to this the arkaz_temp.hak got a small update and a new name: arkazhala_temp.hak.

Can someone who knows how put it on the needed files on the Wiki ?

Can we remove the 'temp' from it? Not a biggy, but that really bothers me. lol
