Hello and welcome to Arkaz.
When ever you have a problem which you can not solve ICly and you are sure you need a DM to assist you can contact us in the following ways:
1.) Via IRC: Arkaz IRC channel
2.) Via Forum Assistance thread
3.) Via PM: Write a PM to the group Dungeon Masters
and to know who is who have a look here:
The Arkaz team
or
The Arkaz team (Wiki)
4.) Last resort would be: Staff at arkaz dot com to email the entire team
