Server Lag Issues

Yep, it is affecting everyone I believe.
From what I can tell there is a router in the path, that everyone is going through, dropping packets which equates to lag as your client and the server don't get all the data between them that they should be getting.
It's being investigated and hopefully we will have good news soon.

Been working with the Cable company. They agree there is a problem on their end.
They said it would be fixed by yesterday, then today, now tomorrow.
I'll keep you guys posted.

They've identified the problem but have had to order parts.

Well Brighthouse had everything fixed when I went to bed and then broken again when I got up. They are suppose to be here in the morning to try again.

From the testing I did last night it looks like they got the problem fixed.

No, the MS is still down. However, we do know the reason(it's something to do with security changes/updates in light of the recent and successful hack).
