Gem crafting is going live tonight. With that comes Jewelry Crafting.
This will allow you to make rings and amulets.
Now you'll need a metalsmith to make you molds so keep your eyes open for one.
Molds will be craftable but will start at Blacksmithing level 4 so get to it.
