Time Block

Post by terryrayc » Tue Oct 03, 2006 8:38 pm

I added a time block on the home page

http://www.arkaz.com

That shows the current server time and the current GMT time.

I'm going to update when I have time so the clocks scroll, right now they are static so you have to refresh the screen to get updated times. But it does give you an idea of what is going on when.

okay I'm removing the time block. I've put up a javascipt time ticker in the status bar at the buttom of the browsder window. I've tested it in Ie and netscape, let me know if it doesn't work in firefox.

The ticker shows the local server time as well as GMT..it's nice because it will show up on every screen and it's not static, so when you see something posted related to GMT or local time just glance down and you'll see what time it currently is.
