problems with website

Okay the ISP has told me they are working on it..we'll see!
so like they tell me they have fixed the problem and not to worry everything will be great once they restart some services at 9am EST...well it's 9:30am EST and THINGS STILL SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay I'm on hold lets see what excuse they have today
