Changes to www.arkaz.com

I'm about to update from 7.9 to 7.9.0.3.2
This includes a lot of fixes and security updates..it also includes updatuing the forums from 2.0.19 to 2.0.21
The only thing this will break is my hacks into the forum system, but I'll put those back later.
As always please report any bugs.
