Sorry for the delay in putting this up, folks. Arkaz's ISP has added another hardware failure to an already extensive history of issues.

Terry is looking at switching ISPs. We hope to be up in the next few days; sorry for the inconvenience.

Terry has moved over to a new ISP, but it will probably be another day before everything is configured and live.
