Requesting new Features

The Arkaz team strives to give the players things that will make their experience here fun and enjoyable. To that end we encourage players to submit ideas and or requests for new features, enhancments, corrections and changes that they think should be added or made.

Currently players either email or post the request. This is fine but at times things get lost or overlooked. To that end I'd like players to begin using the Mantis system to submit these requests. To do so use the following

Log in or create an account. From the mani screen click on the Report Issue link. Once that screen loads select the correct Category. Under REproducibility select N/A. For Severity select feature. For Summary, enter a summary of your request. Then in Description enter a detailed request. Feel free to provide as much information as you can, the more information the better chance we will not only understand what you want but will understand how you want it done.

Now below the Additional Information and above the quest field is Feature Request. This defaults to No. Change it to Yes to note that this is a Feature Request.

That's all. I'll assign it to someone once approved and then you can track your request. If it's not approved we will document why and close the request.
