History

Ralyorm is known as the Lord of the Arcane and Knowledge. He is worshipped by mage and sage alike. All those who seek knowledge and desire to push the boundaries of both knowledge and the arcane are drawn to his faith. His goal is the protecting of knowledge and the use of Magic for all it's worth. Good, evil; it matters not to him, only the search for knowledge and power. While not all mages or sages follow Ralyorm, most tend to ask his blessings before trying a new spell for the first time or embarking upon new research.

Until recent years, Ralyorm was a secret god, known to very few. He was one of the first gods, arriving shortly after Olyrn. He is the sponsor of the Coven and the source of most of their power. There is a temple dedicated to Ralyorm on the Island of Nuvar. The official sponsor of the Nuvar Mage School, Ralyorm counts many of the members along his followers, including Headmaster Atiya Mir.

Principles

Focus on furthering knowledge, and acquiring knowledge of the arcane. The only true 'evil' is deliberate ignorance. Teach those who are worthy of learning.
