Nimbler isn't a bad being, nor a good being. He does believe in law as long as it doesn't effect the grand plan, what ever that is. He is occasionally referred to as, "The Judge."

There is a Temple to Nimbler constructed in the Sacred Grounds of the Town of Nuvar. His followers are normally government officials and such. He also has a large following within the town militia.
