History
Once a private ships captian, Admiral Richardson proved himself and the need for a strong navy be definding the Island of Nuvar from a fleet of Orc ships several years ago. After forcing the issue regarding building a navy, Mayor Suna put his in charge.
While Nuvar doesn't maintain the largest navy it does boast the best sailors. Admiral Richardson is a commanding man, he demands the best out of his sailors and will not take excuses. Service to him comes first, anyone not willing to stand up to that ideal will not serve on his ships.
