Ishaar

Alignment: NE Worshipers Alignment LE or CE Area of Control: The Lizardmen of Seraz

While not a true god, Ishaar has rose to power thanks in part to a large group of Lizardmen who have started following him.

Ishaar is NE, with CE tendancies. He "grants power" in return for blood sacrifices. Only the High Priests are allowed admittance to Ishaar's Lair. His main temple is a massive ziggurat of black volcanic stone, from which a river of blood flows from the peak. The temple is located on the island of Seraz. It is from the peak of this ziggurat that "Ishaar's Curse" was cast and causes ships to wreck upon Seraz's shores.
