On Arkaz, player characters may 'build' a home IG by collecting the necessary materials and doing a favor to the local government or overseers of the land in order to gain a plot of land to build on. The process for getting your own house is as follows:
0) Send a request to Team Members if you wish anything unusual in the house.
1) Speak to a Housing Authority NPC IG to set up an account.
2) Send a e-mail to the Head of Housing with a detailed request about the house, including location, the model of the house if it's prebuilt, and a detailed list of the paid-for amenities in the house for a custom house.
3) Once the house is approved you will be able to begin collecting materials.
4) Once all the materials are collected, let the team know and a DM will contact you about a plot to earn the land.
5) Once the plot is done the house will be made live as soon as possible.
Pre-Built Housing
For those interested in having a house without knowledge of the toolset, we have many pre-built models available to choose from. These models are all based around a 1-floor plan and have a standard cost. The models may be found in Housing Authorities about Nuvar and Toloira.

Custom Housing
A player may submit an erf of the house they would like IG if they wish for a more custom house than pre-built housing may allow. For custom housing, a specific hak list must be used and anything other than what would be considered 'normal' in a house may need pre-approval or have an associated cost.
