- Mnemonically = 1632 Fictional Character
This is a 'place holder template' used repeatedly in 1632 characters and perhaps the main 1632 series article's characters section to mark a name that is alphabetically handled in another section.
- Normally, place in alphabetically organized Historical Characters sections, referencing Fictional Characters "handled" elsewhere.
- At some point, the template will possibly be reformulated (along with a global subst) to just vanish.
- Successive arguments can be given after a pipe to provide notes to other editors, as anything after any pipe has no effect.
It is equivalent in effect to:
<!--- Character name --->
but allows the use of inline comments without side effects should sections underconstruction need to be by-passed by use of inline comments broader in scope.
