History
Helthor is the lord of the dead. He resides over death with an iron fist. Followers of his can be found tending graveyards and are normally avoided by everyone. While people accept his role in things it's Helthor's actions that scare most people.
Helthor seeks to grow his following and the best way to do that is to have everyone dead.
