Ishaar is NE, with CE tenancies. He "grants power" in return for blood sacrifices. Only the High Priests are allowed admittance to Ishaar's Lair. His main temple is a massive ziggurat of black volcanic stone, from which a river of blood flows from the peak. The temple is located on the [[Island of Seraz]]. It is from the peak of this ziggurat that "Ishaar's Curse" was cast and causes ships to wreck upon Seraz's shores.
