History
Once a private ship's captain, Admiral Richardson proved himself and the need for a strong navy by defending the Island of Nuvar from a fleet of Orc ships several years ago. After forcing the issue regarding building a navy, Mayor Suna put him in charge.
While Nuvar doesn't maintain the largest navy it does boast some of the best sailors. Admiral Richardson demands the best out of his sailors and does not take excuses. Service to him comes first: anyone not willing to stand up to that ideal will not serve on his ships.
