Appearance

Belindie’s features are fine and delicate and perhaps elven to look at, although her beauty is truly astounding. Her hair is a silvery white and is cut short to just below her cheek bones. She says her hair used to be green like her mothers. But that one day she woke up and it was silvery. Her eyes are grey and often sparkle with mischief and joy.

History

When asked Belinde says she was born in Elysia, a city on Avlis. Her mother was a nymph and her father a very lucky human sailor. Belindie’s mother still comes over all giggly whenever Belinde asks about her father.

From a young age she was called to explore and has forever followed her heart. She loves to see new places and meet new people and to help others wherever she goes. Belinde always says she follows her heart to where she needs to be. It was through following her heart that Belinde came to the isles.

Belinde has always claimed to follow a god, but that she doesn’t know who that god is. That has recently changed though and she now claims to be learning of Olyrn and his faith.

Recently she has received some bad news concerning the war on Avlis. Elysia fell and her mother lost her life in the fighting. Belinde seems to have accepted the loss of her mother and has found comfort in her friends and her faith.

Personality

Belinde is a happy and joyful person. She very much enjoys helping others and dedicates her time to good causes. She also has a mischievous streak which she inherited from her mother and enjoys jokes and fun.

She tries to resolve conflicts without violence if possible and can tend to stick her nose into other propels arguments to try and calm situations down. She is however firmly opposed to evil creatures and does not bargain with them. They are given a chance to flee before she tries to drive them away. She believes that everyone should have the chance to do the right thing, but that she needs to stand ready to intercede if they choose not to.

Belinde cares deeply for others and is not afraid to let people know how she feels. Sometimes she can be a bit too much though and can be a little motherly and bossy if allowed to be as she tends to take it upon herself to make sure everyone is alright. She can also be overly critical of herself as she holds her own actions up to a very high standard. This can cause her to be a little glum and sulky, but this never lasts long.

Overall she is a caring, compassionate and strong minded woman
