CvC = Character vs. Character
PvP = Player vs. Player
Arkaz is a RP Server, PvP is NOT allowed, all hostile action MUST be CvC, there is no exception to this rule!
There is one major rule for CvC. You MUST set hostile before attacking, so familiars, summons and spells work correctly. This is an engine issue.
